New in 2015, we are excited to offer a product superior in the industry in regard to print and material. The proprietary production process offers customers photographic print quality with a low minimum and a fast 2 week production time. Finally, a quality product with no color limit! Made from a blend of polyester (35%) and cotton (65%), our Full Color print towels remain colorfast and fade resistant while having a luxurious texture. The base of our towels is a bright white, producing a vibrant print. The face of the towel is sheared short to promote optimum ink penetration with extremely little white show-through. The back of the towel is looped to provide extra surface area for maximum absorbency, which will always remain white even when the towel is printed. When producing or editing artwork for our full color line, we prefer to have an inch bleed around all edges of the towel (proportional to 32” x 62”) and have all main text and imagery within 2” of the hems (proportional to 26” x 56”; centered). This allows a true edge to edge print with the natural variance in towel size. Also for this reason, please avoid using borders or having hard lines around the edges of artwork. Our Full Color Print towels are printed using a CMYK format; RGB and Pantone will need to converted. For standard designs, vector art is preferred. Photographic images with a minimum 150 dpi produce the most ideal print. If in doubt, please submit layered files and let our artists build the best layout for you.
